★ 100% refunds can be done before the sketch is approved, nothing after;
★ Incase you've made an order and I decide that, for whatever reason, I will no longer take your commission, 100% refund will be done;

★ In case you post or use any art I made, leave credits and never claim it as yours
★ you can use any of my social; medias listed below as credits, preferably my Tumblr;
★ If you bought a design/custom from me, there's no need to credit me at all times as long as you don't claim it as yours and credit any art I made properly;
★ Customs/designs made by me can be traded/gifted but never resold
★ If the art is for commercial use, I need to be informed before hand so extra prices might be added on the commission;
★ You don't have any rights to feed my art to any form of generative AI nor use it/make it a NFT;

TIME
★ My average time to complete an artwork is 5 days but depends fully on my schedule and how complicated the art piece is;
★ We might have different timezones, so keep that in mind for my reply time (UTC-3);
★ Keep in mind that if you have a deadline it should be informed to me in advance, that is, before the commission is accepted;

PROCESS
★ Client will be informed of all steps and sent wips throughout the whole process;
★ Incase I take a while to send new wips, they can be requested by the client but only once per day;
★ It's completely okay to request changes, but try to request them all at once;
★ No major change will be done after I start the coloring stage;
★ In some instances the sketch will be done traditionally. The final product will remain digital;
★ Remember to take your time analyzing the sketch/lineart so it can be easier for me to make changes;
